Consultation & Proposal
Reach out with a group travel inquiry. You discuss their goals, preferences, budget, and travel dates. Research and present a customized travel proposal, including destination options, itinerary suggestions, and pricing.
Booking & Coordination
Finalize group details, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Negotiate group rates and manage contracts with suppliers. Set up a system for collecting payments and participant information from group members.
Preparation and Support
Provide the group with detailed travel documentation (e.g., itineraries, packing lists, and tips). Address questions or concerns from group members. Ensure all bookings and logistics are confirmed and ready.
Your Group Trip!
